As you know, the season finale to our Sasquatch trail run series is this weekend. It's going to be a grueling 25k run through the towering hills of Big Rock Creek. As always, this is going to be a casual/competitive event (there are always a few guys who go out and hammer...but the rest are there for the beer afterwards).
For those of you who'd like to come for the party but not necessarily the running, we could really use a support crew of Mt. Bikers out there making sure everyone's doing OK. Normally there is a $10 fee to ride Big Rock Creek, but I think we can get that waived if you're out there helping us out (I haven't talked this over with Scott yet, but I'm pretty sure it will be OK).
Anyway, if anyone is interested in coming out and support riding the trail on Mt. Bikes on Saturday, Sept 7th, just send me an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. The race is scheduled to start at 9 AM and I think we'll be running until...I don't know...1 or so?
And for those of you still on the fence about running it...c'mon man!
